On a day so the scriptures say
According to Abra-Inatyme
This planet earth was enjoying a very long period of peace
It had been a long climb
(No bridge in this verse)

The advance state of the human race were happy
It was dawn of the New Age
Of universal peace and harmony
Man had turned a new page
Possessions irrelevant
It was going the way it was meant

Peace had been crowned king and was charged with everything
To be everlasting for evermore – Amen!
Oh happy man! In his paradise on earth
Envisioned down through all the Age
Man had turned a new page
He'd become of age

So, why was the lizard king so sad?
Hadn't he ruled the world?
Had it been so bad?
That he sleeps in the ground?

Unknowable knowledge timeless time stretched before him
Like another mountain to climb
All things being known like a dog with no bone
Man had to go it alone!
