Dead Pictures

In the hall
as you can see
there is no one
beside a dead picture
in the hall
on the wall
hangs only a dead picture
the picture is a scene from the life
of a dead mother and daughter-killer
in the hall next to a dead picture
hanging a second
just as dead
and on it a rapist father
and his little girl

and so
every one of these pictures knows
what is going on in a big house
in an empty hall
where all witnesses
are four silent walls
but the truth is
these pictures are not dead
They live in an empty hall

in the hall
as you can see
there is no one
beside from those few broken feelings.
Only bitter revenge and salty tears.
Only the silent testimony
and sick stories told
And this go like this,
the third image,
a woman and a her husband-sadist
pale face and bruises on her hands
But it's not his fault.
This is the fourth picture
because boys tend to be rude
but the strong daddy's hand will teach the boy obedience

to an empty hall in a big house,
people sometimes come
And they look in horror at the dead pictures.
And they cry.
But then they go
and re-paint thier own dead pictures.
