V / Vassus / Beware the Ancient Crypt Keeper
Beware!
Behold!
As I behold, Frozen in terror, To this great creature before me. A sight so gruesome, Soulless and Hollow, A carcass of malice, Towering over me, Staring at me through empty sockets Drawing its sword, Putting my own to shame, The stench of rotted flesh that hangs from his bones disorients me, But i draw my blade to smite this beast But it strikes me down with one fell blow, I cannot defeat this I have to find an escape! I run and run, Hoping for an escape, But there's no light to be seen, No end of the tunnel
Beware!
Behold!
As i race through these halls, Ancient bones grip at my feel, As if to hold me back, To drag me to their master, I see in darkness glimpse of light from above, Through the iron bars, Pale beams of moonlight Thrashing and fighting, Toward the my only chance at freedom Dragging myself upon the grass beneath the tower, Looking back, There stands this noble castle It looks so tall and grand on this cold and still night,
