Who gives a damn about Christmas?
I imagine its fewer than you think,
It's built on a promise of a man called Jesus
No ones seen and doesn't seem to exist.
So instead we have old Father Christmas
Who's gettin on for a thousand years old.
And it seems his only existence
Is working once a year in the dark and the cold
oO HOo oo oO Oo
The Dark seems to stretch out forever
And the cold soon gets to your bones
You'd think he'd get tired of materialistic junk
He has to sneak into peoples homes.
While the people of the war torn desert
Get nothing but wishes at best
It seems Saint Nicholas only gets time to take
Riches and dreams to the west
Winter and snow, where did it go,
Don't feel like Christmas no more,
Everything's changed, nothing's the same,
Instead of good will we have War.
Who put the devil in Santa, why does he hide in the night?
The same letters spell Satan,
And children can see through the lies
Its no wonder Christmas aint white
We are the children of Christmas
Believers and keepers of faith,
Every year we send you a message of peace
But the world throws it back in our face
Who is this Father Christmas?
That everyone is singing about
We loved Santa, if only we hadn't found out
Winter and snow, where did it go,
Don't feel like Christmas no more,
Everything's changed, nothing's the same,
Instead of good will we have War.
Who put the devil in Santa, why does he not see the pain?
The same letters spell Satan,
And children can see its a game
That's why Christmas will never be the same.
How does this crazy old man deliver?
A billion gifts in one night
And what if the world wasn't quite so divided
And snow was black and not white
Don't think it would make any difference
There's a kid making wishes tonight.
Who put the devil in Santa, Why does he never die?
There's so much darkness around us
The good things are harder to find
But the spirit of Christmas survives Teksty umieszczone na naszej stronie są własnością wytwórni, wykonawców, osób mających do nich prawa. |
