I was building in the workshop late one night
When my eyes beheld a joyous sight
For the toys that I'd built began to rise
And suddenly to my surprise

They did the Christmas mash

The elves all came from their humble abodes

Down from his window Scrooge’s voice did ring
Seems he was troubled by, just one thing
Opened the shudders and threw open the sash
"What ever happened to my Bah-Humbug Dash"

It's now the Christmas mash

Now everything's cool, and Scrooge is a part of the band
And my Christmas mash is the hit of the land
For good boys and girls this mash was meant too
