They could have been saved
But greed triumphed
Margins over lives
Is the worlds law

Families torn asunder
Hearts ripped in two
A devastating legacy
Of uncaring industry
Bodies never recovered
Never laid to rest
But left to decay
Beneath the ocean

An unimaginable demise
Shiver at the sheer horror
How can such a morbid tale
Be such a dreadful reality?
