The mountain looms ahead The dragon’s peak of death Guards the way to the caves Where spiders make their nest
Do not disturb the beast Cautionary tales of old It makes its grisly feast From the charred remains of the bold
Its scales are iron-strong Its tail a mile long When it breathes its fire Pray you’re not within its sight
Its teeth are sabre-sharp Tear anything apart Wings that bear it higher And block out all the light
Now it rises, soaring through the air Jewels gleam on its crimson hide Roaring as it leaves its lair I look into its eyes Fire burning deep inside Its belly now erupts Scorching through the quaking sky But I will not succumb
It circles overhead I raise my voice out loud Beckoning the beast to descend And fight me on the ground
It grins like I’m a joke Flies down toward the land Alights in a cloud of smoke Mere feet from where I stand
Its nose within an inch But I don’t even flinch Dragons thirst for terror And I’ve nothing left to fear
Its malice quickly fades Its foe so strangely brave Its head bows with respect I take my seat behind its ears
Now it rises, soaring through the air Jewels gleam on its crimson hide Roaring as it leaves its lair I look into its eyes Fire burning deep inside Its belly now erupts Scorching through the quaking sky My enemies shall succumb
Looking down I see the spiders scurry to their caves I invoke the dragon’s wrath and bathe them all in flame Their screams and writhing legs bring laughter to my tongue But though they die, my revenge has just begun Teksty umieszczone na naszej stronie są własnością wytwórni, wykonawców, osób mających do nich prawa. |
