A few moments ago, Flight Director Gene Kranz requested that everyone sit down, get prepared for events that are coming. And he closed with the remark, "Good luck to all of you."
Twelve minutes now until ignition for Powered Descent. Everything's still looking very good at this point.
Okay everybody let's just hang tight 'n' look for landing radar.
(Seventy-five feet - down a half... Twelve 0-2 alarm... Sixty seconds.... We're, we're going that flag?.... We're "GO" on that alarm?....We're speed down two and a half.... It's, if it doesn't reoccur we'll be "GO"... Thirty seconds... Twelve 0-2? ... Bravo 1?... Bravo 1... Roger, Twelve 0-1 alarm?... Twelve 0-1 alarm... Set time, we're "GO"...Okay we're "GO.")
