Lunar occult glow and stars
Hearing their cries
Of times ahead and behind
Moonlit hinterland intoxication
Raising the dead

Down the path, into the wood

Now one hollows out a shallow grave
Into the it place the victim's hair, or nail
The fat of a sow and blood a-plenty, desecrated
Nails, knife, raven's heart, grave earth
Covered over with leaves and more earth
Sealed by wine
Ancient witch's curse!
