Since then I can't calm down This nightmare is still before my eyes My wounded soul can't find serenity Life seemed to be an open book A long way ahead 'till this day It was just the beginning of a long journey but It became a one-way-ticket travel So many beautiful days are now nothing but a plan that failed High hopes fell down as fast as they happened to appear She will no longer keep her eyes open… Everything seemed so stunning but she choked on it A thought within the mind, the sickness deep inside Their lust became razor-sharp, their hearts turned into stones Since then I see that dark locked-up room Imagine her face, her silent cry Fettered. Suffocated. Body thrown out the window. Used as a tool, she passed away.
Once upon a time, a young girl was killed by two drunk men. Helpless, she could not oppose their brute force and finally died in the result of suffocation. During the trial, the murderers admitted that they acted out of sheer boredom. Senselessness of this event is unbearable. How could a man act in such way? Nevertheless, we should remember that many similar crimes against women occur also on the global scale. Ill-treatment on the sexual, social or cultural background is commonplace in the Third World, Asia, Northern and Latin America as well as in Europe. If we don’t wake enough confidence in ourselves to speak about it, then who will? Teksty umieszczone na naszej stronie są własnością wytwórni, wykonawców, osób mających do nich prawa. |
