The unshakable surely will be humbled. Corrosive kisses to burn the lips. With your heart in my hand, mine starts to beat again, so I'm condemned. Guilty again. What did you expect? I am what I am. Vindictive by nurture and nature, I am a disaster that you simply cannot prepare for and will always remember. Do not weep as if you are faultless, an innocent victim. You led by a wicked example that I merely mirror. Save your tears, I'm not done. I'm only just beginning. Unbalanced, cold-hearted, unforgiving – the names you gave me – so I have become this and more. I am Maelstrom. Worn down and used for so long, I'm now invigorated by your suffering. Rejuvenated and revived, I'm overcome with the urge to be as vicious and rotten as I can. You wanted it, you got it. A new plain I reach through causing pain and grief, the screams no longer deafen me. The more you bitch, the more intense the itch grows. I'll scratch endlessly and see you drown in what I bleed. Suffer in all of your regret. Your bitterness? I couldn't care less. You made your bed, now lay in it. I will not offer you reprieve, nor pity you, no matter what you say, no matter what you do.
