Imagine being killed for nothing more than being born into the world,
Doomed from day one based on your breed, these laws are just absurd.
Lennox is not the only one, there's many more who've died,
Killed because of body size, no chance to live their lives.
Judgements based on how they look and on their measurements,
Not because of what they've done, or any past events.
Done nothing wrong, but no one cares, being pit bull is their crime,
Deemed dangerous without good cause, there's no escape this time.

This can't be right, surely not; the poor dog's done no wrong,
No bites, no threats, nobody hurt, but they say they don't belong.
It's murder based on type of breed, a holocaust for dogs,
They could be the nicest dog alive, but they still can't beat the odds.
Their fate is sealed by prejudice, which leads to mindless death,
Surely this is nonsense, why can't we use our heads?
It makes no sense to punish those for simply being alive,
Change this law, it's barbaric, we cannot sympathise.

Mindless laws
Don't ignore
Think again
Stop the death
Be humane
Not insane
Scrap the law
We implore!
