He Was Beheaded


In the Beginning was the Word and the Word was with God
And the Word was God
He was with God in the beginning. Without Him nothing was made that has been made.

In Him is life
In Him is power
in Him is life
in Him is Victory

There came a man who was sent from God. His name was John
He came as a witness to testify concerning that Light

In Him is life
In Him is power

in Him is Victory

So the world might believe
So the world might receive
So the world may be saved

(John) "I am the voice of one calling in the desert, make straight the way for the Lord."
"Look, the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world."

How much blood was spilled that day, and other pieces of gore?
To fulfill a woman's lustful plate, a human head
He was beheaded; was martyred because of Faith.
The soul leaves the body ascending into Heaven
He was beheaded, but now in eternal Bliss
Those who gladly murdered died the second death

(John's Testimony) "I saw the Spirit come down from Heaven. The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is He who will baptize with the Holy Spirit. I have seen and have testified that this is the Son of God."

Emmanuel is the Son of God
As testified by the prophets
He was beheaded
