Am I so insane for thinking this is all insane? Confined within boxes, mindless in front of televisions. Is this progress? Destruction and ecocide maintain this way of life (death). Domesticated beings kept hostage for human use, trees saved for “conservation.” Greenwashed politics, a false dichotomy. Illusion of freedom. Wake up. This is about more than just humans. No longer can we keep civilization afloat. Fight for a livable future, not for capitalism and oppression, not for civilization and destruction. Fuck the machines that do nothing but disconnect us from ourselves and each other. Destroy. Resist. Destroy. Resist. Destroy. The natural world is silent. But only because we choose not to hear. I hope one day we can. This is insanity. A receding wild, roads cover the roots, our roots. Humans confined to cities of concrete, slaves to work, slaves to capitalism. Propaganda everywhere, telling us this is progress, telling us this is inevitable. We cannot go “backwards.” But what makes this “forward?” What makes hierarchy progressive? What makes ecocide progressive? No longer can we push blindly down this path of destruction in the hopes of a freer future. There is no freedom beyond this.
