The sun rests high upon the sky, Their ful army now within sight. The enemy's morale is ever strong, Though we've killed many since the night.
I gaze upon this battlefield, At all my men whose lives are lost. In this hopeless fight against all odds, We must stand strong despite the cost.
I tighten my grip upon my sword, And march towards the front line. The sound of battle drawing near, As the screams of man and steel combine.
Again I gage upon the field, I see our ranks running thin. Despite our courageous stand, Could it be that we have reached our end?
With blade unsheathed I fix my eyes On my foe now charging forth. I strike splitting his helm in two, And with both hands pry out my sword.
II - God Shall Intervene
Our army's slaughter was at hand, When the greatest storm these eyes have seen Crept like a shadow over the land, Could it be the God's shall intervene?
The fiercest winds and rains came down With a hail that stoned and battered our foes. As lightning struck upon the ground, Behind their lines a fire arose.
With a flash of light the clouds now spun. Above them a whirlwind appeared. It hurled the men out of sight. While with shards of ice The rest of them were speared.
The last few men attempted to flee, But the ground split beneath their feet. The earth consumed every last one, Thus ensuring their defeat. Then the skies cleared overhead And the valley glistened in the sun. The Gods rewarded our courage And through their might we have won.Teksty umieszczone na naszej stronie są własnością wytwórni, wykonawców, osób mających do nich prawa.
